What to expect when you write

All emails are read and responded to by Thiago Castro personally. Response time is typically 1–3 business days for most inquiries, longer for partnership proposals that require evaluating fit before responding. No automated replies, no contact-form black holes, no “we’ll get back to you” stalls.

Topics we welcome

  • Corrections. Did we get a fact wrong, link to something broken, or write outdated information? Tell us. Corrections happen within 48 hours of a verified report.
  • Topic suggestions. If there’s a workflow, tool, or “make money with AI” question we haven’t covered and you think we should, send it. We won’t necessarily write every suggestion, but we read them all and they shape future content priorities.
  • Affiliate program inquiries. If you run a SaaS or AI tool affiliate program and think your tool genuinely fits the Stack Wave Hub editorial focus on “tools that help beginners make money online with AI,” we’d consider reviewing it. We do not accept paid placements disguised as reviews.
  • Press and quotes. Journalists or podcasters covering the AI side-hustle space who want a quote, an interview, or an expert source: yes, available with reasonable lead time.
  • Guest pitches. We rarely accept guest posts, but a well-crafted pitch with a clear angle and proof of prior writing is welcome.

Topics we don’t engage with

  • Generic SEO or backlink exchange requests. We don’t trade links.
  • “Guest post for $X” outreach. The editorial line isn’t for sale.
  • Comment-spam outreach where someone offers to “leave a comment with our link.”
  • Cold sales pitches for unrelated services.
